Wellstar Health System in Georgia is seeking a Physical Therapist to assess, plan, and implement rehabilitative programs to improve mobility, relieve pain, and increase strength in patients with disease or injury. You will work across the full continuum of care in a cost-conscious, quality-focused, patient-centered environment.

This full-time role requires licensure, strong communication and teamwork, and a commitment to ethics, confidentiality, and evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Required minimum education: Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) upon hire.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification required.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, organize and participate in rehabilitative programs to improve mobility and strength.
• Provide education, discharge instructions and refer to community resources as appropriate.
• Document evaluation and plan of care according to departmental guidelines.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Adhere to ethical standards, diversity, confidentiality, and hospital policies.
