Job summary

Mobility Rx Physical Therapy in Laguna Beach, CA is seeking a licensed physical therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. You will deliver 40-minute one-on-one sessions, with no aides or double-booking, enabling focused clinical work and a balanced life outside the clinic.

We offer a base salary of $90,000–$102,000 with a per-visit productivity bonus and sign-on for experienced PTs. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid time off plus seven holidays, CE support, license renewal

Qualifications

• California PT license required or eligible with scheduled exam date.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred; new graduates who want mentorship are encouraged to apply.
• Strong clinical reasoning, warm patient communication, and a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide 40-minute, one-on-one outpatient PT sessions with no aides or double-booking.
• Contribute to ongoing mentorship and professional development.
• Collaborate with clinicians to support diagnostic MSK ultrasound, shockwave therapy, and advanced manual therapy initiatives.
