Job summary

Premier Orthopaedics seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Philadelphia offices in an outpatient, PRN role. The PT assesses, treats, and manages orthopedic patients, developing individualized care plans with physicians and patients while educating them on therapies and home care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree with PT certification accepted.
• Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and establish goals, treatments, and care plans with physicians and families.
• Document findings, treatments, and patient information in the medical record.
• Educate patients and families on therapies, exercises, and home care Instructions.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Physical Therapy Aides.
• Support ongoing education and professional development of the Physical Therapy staff.
