Job summary

Boston Orthopaedic & Spine in Cambridge, MA is hiring an Occupational Therapist and/or Certified Hand Therapist for outpatient orthopedics. Full-time is preferred, but part-time and PRN options are available.

Candidates must graduate from an OT program and hold a state license; CHT preferred but not required. Compensation starts around $75,000 per year with bonus opportunities, plus benefits and a supportive team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting for hand/shoulder/upper quadrant injuries.
• Typical full-time caseload around 40 hours per week; flexible scheduling.
