We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Occupational Therapist (CHT) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a special focus on occupational therapy. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to our patients, helping them improve their ability to perform tasks in their daily living and working environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of the patient's condition and create individualized treatment plans to help them achieve their goals.
• Implement occupational therapy interventions based on clinical best practices and scientific research.
• Assist patients in performing therapeutic activities, such as stretches and other exercises.
• Adapt environments, using assistive equipment and devices, to increase patient's independence and reduce barriers.
• Educate patients, family members, and caregivers about patient's abilities and therapeutic strategies to promote patient's maximum function.
• Document patient's progress and maintain a comprehensive record of patient's therapy.
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in occupational therapy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) or equivalent is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
• Proficient in using modern technology and therapy equipment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis and treatment.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and handle a high patient load.
• A compassionate and patient-focused approach, with a commitment to the highest level of patient care.
