Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. seeks an experienced Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well‑established orthopedic practice in Fall River, MA. The provider will evaluate and manage adult orthopedic referrals, working independently while collaborating with a team of Board-Certified Joint, Shoulder, and Hand specialists.

This is an outpatient opportunity with a predictable schedule. Full-time preferred; 4 days/32 hours per week will be considered.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts NP or PA license.
• Valid DEA registration.
• Massachusetts MCSR registration.
• Orthopedic experience preferred; strong clinical background will be considered for new graduates.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage adult orthopedic referrals.
• Work independently while collaborating with a team of Joint, Shoulder, and Hand specialists.
• Provide outpatient orthopedic care with a Monday–Friday schedule; no nights or weekends.
• Demonstrate strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• No nights, weekends, orhospital duties
• Full-time preferred; 4days/32 hours per week will be considered
• Immediate hiring with promptonboarding and insurance credentialing

Requirements

• Current Massachusetts NP orPA license.
• Valid DEA registration.
• Current MassachusettsControlled Substances Registration (MCSR).
• Orthopedic experiencepreferred.
• Experienced NP/PA stronglypreferred; qualified recent graduates with strong clinical backgrounds will beconsidered.
• Ability to evaluate andmanage patients confidently and independently.
• Strong communication,clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.
• Bilingual English/Portugueseproficiency preferred.

Practice Environment

: Joinan established orthopedic team with a large referral base and comprehensiveonsite support, including laboratory, imaging, physical therapy, and othermedical specialists. The practice provides a collaborative environment whileallowing the NP/PA to develop an independent outpatient practice within theorthopedic specialty.
