Innovative Therapy Concepts (ITC) in Dallas seeks an Outpatient Orthopedic Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our PT-owned team. You will work under a Physical Therapist to treat surgical and non-operative patients, aiming to restore function and reduce pain.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years in outpatient orthopedics, CAPTE-accredited PTA education, and excellent communication and patient-care skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in Outpatient Orthopedics is required.
• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers physical therapy treatments under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Instructs and motivates patients in functional activities.
• Observe and document patient responses to treatments.
• Fit and train patients in use of braces and assistive devices.
• Coordinate with PT and health team for treatment planning.
