Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform initial PT evaluations and re-evaluations, and design a PT plan of care.
• Demonstrates advanced knowledge of PT diagnoses/conditions.
• Select, performs, and interprets PT examinations of neurological, musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, and pulmonary systems.
• Establishes specific treatment goals based on initial assessment.
• Designs a plan of intervention coordinated with other services.
• Provides supervision to PT staff and students and participates in discharge planning.
