BenchMark Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring a Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedic to join our Marietta, GA team. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN positions with mentorship and a clear path to growth.

Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans; deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy; and collaborate with a supportive team while advancing through Upstream’s education programs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Georgia Physical Therapist license (or eligible).

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for patients (outpatient ortho).
• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy.
• Collaborate with peers in a supportive, values-driven team environment.
• Build lasting connections with patients and local providers.
• Continue learning and growing through Upstream education and development programs.
