Job summary

Functional Performance Physical Therapy Center is seeking a Physical Therapist to join the Littleton, CO team. This outpatient position offers a flexible schedule (4x10 or 8x5) with a guaranteed year-specific con-ed stipend for certification and a potential for women’s health expansion.

New grads welcome, with mentorship from the clinic director. Compensation includes base pay of $80,000–$95,000 per year, plus up to $10,000 annual bonus for meeting goals.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist required.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred or willingness to learn.
• Strong patient communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hour-long evals and 30-minute treatment sessions.
• Deliver 1:1 patient care focused on orthopedics and vestibular needs.
• Collaborate with clinic director for mentorship and career development.
