Mary Free Bed seeks a Physical Therapist for our Outpatient Orthopedics department in Saginaw, MI. The role supports patient evaluation, treatment planning, and goal setting, with a focus on evidence-based care and patient education.

You will document progress, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to discharge planning. A CAPTE-accredited program graduate with Michigan licensure and BLS certification is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Licensure with the State of Michigan.
• Possesses and maintains BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients and determine PT needs.
• Plan and execute individualized treatment programs.
• Establish treatment goals in collaboration with patient and family.
• Document patient status and progress in accordance with standards.
• Assist with discharge planning and coordination with care teams.
• Supervise and mentor physical therapy students or interns.
