UT Tyler School of Medicine - UT Health Science Center Internal Medicine Continuity Clinic (Tyler Family Circle of Care) located in Tyler, TX, is searching for a Board-Certified Internal Medicine physician for a 100% faculty resident preceptor position.

Experience teaching or precepting residents strongly preferred.

About the Position:

• Join a team of teaching faculty
• Supervise 60 Internal Medicine Residents in the program
• Full-time, outpatient-only faculty role
• Teach up to 11 residents per day
• Administrative time included
• Back-up resident call coverage at a ratio of 1:6
• Medical Assistant support: 1 MA for every 2 residents
• Access to lab, pharmacy, behavioral health, community health workers, etc.
• Virtual translation services available via iPad or phone
• Growing academic program with a new medical school opening in 2023
• Epic EMR system
