Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking an experienced Outpatient RN to deliver specialized nursing care to patients undergoing radiation therapy.

You will perform patient assessment, manage symptoms, provide treatment education, coordinate care, triage, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary oncology team to support high-quality, patient-centered cancer care throughout the treatment continuum.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing from a CCNE or ACEN accredited program.
• Current Ohio nursing license or interim permit.
• Experience in relevant care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing radiation therapy.
• Assess, plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate nursing care.
• Coordinate care, triage, and collaborate with oncology team.
• Support patient and family throughout the treatment continuum.
