Job summary

St. Luke’s Cancer Institute in Boise, Idaho seeks a Primary RN to join the Cancer Institute team in a 0.9 FTE format. You will work with another nurse in a shared primary nursing model to support physicians in delivering exceptional patient care.

This is a day shift position with four 9-hour days, no nights or weekends, and a sign-on bonus for new hires. Qualified candidates will hold a Nursing Degree and an active RN license in the state of practice, plus BLS certification.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required in State of practice
• BLS provider certification required
• Oncology experience and/or OCN certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and assist the physician with patient care, chemotherapy management, procedures, and care coordination
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide excellent patient care
• Educate and support patients and families regarding cancer treatments and care plans
