Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an RN for the Union West Oncology Infusion Clinic to join the transplant team. The role covers comprehensive nursing care from evaluation through transplant, with a focus on patient- and family-centered care in a state-of-the-art ambulatory setting.

A nursing degree and RN licensure are required, with BSN strongly preferred. Oncology and triage experience are highly valued, and the position is full-time with day shifts, no weekends.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• BSN required; RN without BSN must enroll in a BSN program within 3 years of hire.
• Oncology and triage experience

Responsibilities

• RN Transplant provides comprehensive nursing care through assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation under supervision.
• The RN works with patients and their families from evaluation through the transplant process.
