Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the High Point Medical Center Infusion unit. This full-time role supports 40-hour weeks, Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with a pay range of $38.20–$57.30 per hour and comprehensive patient care responsibilities across the continuum.

Active RN license and BLS are required, with a BSN preferred. Eligibility includes 2 years of clinical nursing experience and strong clinical judgment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care with patients and families.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team to influence outcomes.
• Promotes a culture of safety.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May float to other units or facilities within the service area as needed.
