BJC HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Outpatient Assistant Manager, Oncology for a nursing job in Valley Park, Missouri.

The role manages patient care and personnel in the Siteman Cancer Center West County outpatient infusion area, coordinating staffing and operational goals. BSN is required with 2–5 years of nursing and oncology experience preferred. Monday–Friday, with no weekends or holidays, and benefit eligibility on start date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Oncology experience preferred.
• BSN required.
• 2-5 years nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates patient care, personnel management, maintenance of equipment, and staffing.
• Hires, trains, assigns work, evaluates performance, and develops staff.
• Assists in budgeting and wage cost control within the department.
• Ensures patient care plans are implemented according to policy and age-specific needs.
• Develops and communicates staffing plans; oversees payroll and timekeeping.
