Requirements include BSN, RN license, and 2–5 years of RN experience with oncology experience preferred. Schedule is Monday–Friday with no weekends or calls; benefit eligible on start.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, assigns work, evaluates performance; leads professional development.
• Participates in staffing, revenue and budget planning; ensures goals are met.
• Provides and oversees patient care per planned interventions and documents accordingly.
• Creates and implements collaborative plan of care based on assessment and treatment.
• Manages payroll updates, time cards, and staff communications; leads meetings.
