The Outpatient Oncology Clinical Pharmacist provides oncology-focused pharmaceutical care in a fast-paced infusion clinic. Working on‑site with an interdisciplinary cancer team, this role verifies chemotherapy and related therapies, reviews treatment plans and labs, oversees sterile and hazardous drug compounding, supports investigational trials, answers drug information questions, and documents clinical interventions to promote safe, evidence‑based medication use for oncology patients.
