SAE HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham, IL is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient team at the Workman Sports Complex. Ideal candidates are patient-focused, mission-driven therapists who aim to improve patients’ independence and functional performance through therapeutic interventions.

Schedule: PRN, clinic hours 8:00am–4:00pm. Education: graduate from an accredited OT program; IL licensure required (or IDFPR temporary licensure with licensure within 6 months).

• Certified BLS or completion within 90 days of employment

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient occupational therapy services to improve patients' independence and functional performance
• Collaborate with outpatient team to plan and implement treatment programs
• Schedule: PRN with clinic hours 8:00am–4:00pm

Pay Range: $34.21 - $51.31 A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

IL: State Licensure as an Occupational Therapist is required OR has been authorized to practice by the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation (IDFPR) and must obtain licensure within 6 months.

WI: State Licensure as an Occupational Therapist is required OR has been issued a temporary licensure to practice and must obtain licensure within 6 months.

Certified Basic Life Support (BLS) or completion in the first 90 days of employment is required.
