Job summary

Mass General Brigham's Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking an experienced Outpatient Occupational Therapist to join our Cambridge, MA team. You will assess physical, cognitive, and developmental needs and design individualized plans to help patients engage in daily activities.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
State license to practice Occupational Therapy.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
Experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments of patients' physical, mental, and developmental abilities.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
Implement and monitor treatment plans with progress notes and documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to provide comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate patient records and participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development.
Provide education to patients and families about home exercises and activities.
