Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Euclid Hospital is seeking an Occupational Therapist for outpatient PRN coverage. The role involves providing comprehensive OT services, assessing patient needs, and implementing therapy plans to support independence and functional recovery.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, care planning, documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Strong Ohio OT licensure and BLS are required. Shift options include days, with standard hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Graduate of an Occupational Therapy Program accredited by the AOTA.
• Current Ohio licensure as an OT.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross for Healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial and ongoing assessments of patient’s condition.
• Establishes, revises, and evaluates a plan of care with patient/family involvement.
• Performs therapy interventions using standard occupational therapy techniques.
• Supervises activities of occupational therapy assistants, students, and other staff.
• Maintains complete and up-to-date documentation and files.
• Participates in interdisciplinary assessment as a member of the team.
