Benefis Health System in Great Falls, MT is seeking an Outpatient Occupational Therapist for pediatrics in a full-time exempt role. You will assess and treat pediatric patients with age- and diagnosis-specific needs in a fast-paced, structured outpatient setting alongside PTs, OTs, and SLPs.

Starting wage is $77,854.40 annually with sign-on bonuses up to $30k. Benefits include medical and 403B, flexible schedules, PTO/STD, ongoing education, and annual wage increases.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school of Occupational Therapy.
• Temporary licensure as governed by the State Practice Act.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current License from the State of Montana.

Responsibilities

• Perform age- and diagnosis-specific assessment and treatment relevant to the patient’s needs.
• Assess cognitive, sensory, neuromuscular, perceptual-mraxor skills, psychosocial skills, and daily living/work environments.
• Provide education related to the treatment program, disease process and prevention of further injuries.
• Delegate aspects of care to OTA or Rehabilitation aide based on their job description.
• Maintain composure under deadlines and handle changing situations.
• Demonstrate ability to work with diverse people and manage conflicts.
• Perform all duties as assigned and comply with licensing body requirements.
