Adventist Health in Dallesport, WA seeks an Outpatient Occupational Therapist to provide evaluation and treatment in an outpatient setting, focusing on restoring physical, social and mental function as part of an interdisciplinary team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Master's preferred), state OT licensure, CPR/BLS, NBCOT, and typically 2 years of OT experience. This is a staff, full-time position with an emphasis on patient-centered care, documentation and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
• Master’s Degree preferred
• Two years' occupational therapy experience preferred
• OT licensure in state of practice required
• CPR/BLS certification required
• NBCOT certification required

Responsabilités

• Plans and conducts segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social and mental functions.
• Serves as co-leader in interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.
• Completes evaluations to ensure quality standards and addresses assessment areas that require attention.
• Provides therapy interventions and discharge plans with clear communication to relevant parties.
• Completes comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines.
• Supervises assigned assistants.
