Job summary

Indiana University Health System in Bloomington, IN is seeking an Occupational Therapist for the Outpatient Rehab team. This full-time role provides direct patient care using sensorimotor, functional, educational, recreational, and social activities to help patients regain physical or mental functioning.

The therapist will supervise assistants and students, participate in program operations, and contribute to education and department goals.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited OT program.
• Current Indiana state OT license.
• NBCOT certification preferred.
• BLS certification through the AHA.
• Advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to treat physical and psychological dysfunctions.
• Willingly supervises occupational therapy assistants, support personnel and students.
• Participates in related activities in support of patient care, education and department operations.

Education

Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy

Indiana state licensure

NBCOT Certification (preferred)
