Job summary

Flagship Therapy is seeking a Full Time Outpatient Occupational Therapist for Keller Oaks Healthcare Center in Keller, TX. This role supports clinical development, career growth, and leadership training opportunities within a post-acute setting.

The OT will conduct screenings and develop care plans, deliver rehabilitative interventions, and provide discharge summaries while traveling as part of a mobile Skilled Nursing rehab program with paid travel time.

Qualifications

• OT license is required.
• Travel and reliable transportation is required.
• Open to OTs at all experience levels. New Grads are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing care plans adhering to regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions for physical disorders in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, assistive devices, and wound care.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate discharge summaries of services, ensuring regulatory and clinical compliance.

Keller Oaks Healthcare Center in Keller, TX, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric outpatient services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a Full Time Outpatient Occupational Therapist for our mobile Skilled Nursing rehab program with paid travel time!

Duties

• Conduct effective screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing appropriate care plans adhering to regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, and wound care.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.

Qualifications

Occupational Therapist license is required.
