Responsabilidades

• Prepare for schedule changes and travel to nearby clinics for coverage.
• Review medication education sheets with clients.
• Serve as case manager for medication refills.
• Complete documentation for medication clinic and psychiatric consultations.
• Administer IM medications and manage logs of samples.
• Assist with prior authorizations and injection coordination.
• Take vital signs and coordinate prediabetes screening.
