Job summary

Flatwater, Inc. seeks a Full-time Outpatient Nurse Practitioner to provide direct primary care at the Ute Mountain Ute Health Center in Towaoc, CO, serving about 2,200 eligible tribal members.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (MSN or DNP).
• Minimum of three years of recent primary care NP experience (pediatric/adult).
• Must satisfy IHS and UMUHC credentialing/privileging requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct outpatient primary care across age groups including preventive services.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging; manage treatments.
• Prescribe medications in compliance with laws and privileges.
• Collaborate with PCMH team and coordinate referrals and transfers.
• Document encounters in EHR within 24 hours and maintain chart accuracy.
