Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Outpatient Neurosurgery Clinic in Weston, FL. Provide ambulatory nursing care, perform assessments and triage, administer medications, and initiate CPR as needed.

Responsibilities include notifying physicians of abnormal findings, assisting with diagnostic/procedural care, educating patients and families, and covering other nursing roles within the department. Some regional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing and BLS certification.
• Minimum one year of recent RN experience in ambulatory care or related setting.
• BSN preferred; willingness to cover multiple clinics within the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in an ambulatory neurosurgery clinic.
• Assess health status, perform nursing assessments and triage by telephone.
• Administer medications and treatments; initiate CPR when needed.
• Notify physicians of abnormal findings and support diagnostic procedures.
• Educate patients and families about health plans and care.
• Cover other nursing roles within the department and travel regionally as needed.
