Job summary

Colorado Permanente Medical Group (CPMG) seeks a board-certified/board-eligible Neurologist to join our team, primarily at Rock Creek Medical Office (Lafayette) with some time at Skyline Medical Office (Downtown Denver). This clinic-focused role emphasizes evidence-based, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment with minimal after-hours coverage.

Join a team of 13 neurologists and support staff, with a schedule typically 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with completion of an ACGME-accredited Neurology residency.
• Board certified or board eligible in Neurology.
• Eligible for Colorado medical licensure prior to start.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient neurology care as a general neurologist or subspecialist (e.g., headache, stroke, MS, neuromuscular, neurobehavioral).
• Perform EMG/NCS (Strongly preferred).
• Paralytic injection procedures (experience strongly preferred).
• Work in a well-staffed clinic environment designed to support efficient, patient-centered care.
• No stroke call or EEG readings required.
