Colorado Permanente Medical Group (CPMG) seeks a board-certified/board-eligible Neurologist for Rock Creek Medical Office in Lafayette, CO, with some time in Denver. Join a collaborative clinic with minimal after-hours coverage and a value-based care model focused on patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes outpatient neurology either as generalist or subspecialist, with EMG/NCS and injection procedures preferred. Strong teamwork and a supportive staff are offered with a competitive pay range.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with completion of an ACGME-accredited Neurology residency.
• Board certified or board eligible in Neurology.
• Eligible for Colorado medical licensure prior to start.
• Subspecialty-trained neurologists may develop a focused practice.
• Join a team of 13 neurologists, 3 physician assistants, 2 neurology-dedicated clinical pharmacists, and robust RN/rooming support.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient neurology care as a general neurologist or subspecialist (e.g., headache, stroke, MS, neuromuscular, neurobehavioral).
• Perform EMG/NCS (Strongly preferred).
• Paralytic injection procedures (experience strongly preferred).
• Work in a well-staffed clinic environment designed to support efficient, patient-centered care.
• No stroke call or EEG readings required.
