Job summary

Duly Health and Care in Hoffman Estates is seeking a General Neurologist to join our outpatient practice just outside Chicago. You will provide comprehensive outpatient neurology care with EMG training preferred and collaborate with a broad network of Duly providers.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00am–4:30pm) with a strong referral network and competitive compensation including potential bonuses and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible in Neurology.
• EMG training preferred with neuromuscular or neurophysiology fellowship.
• Outpatient neurology experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% outpatient neurology care.
• Collaborate with neurology team and broader Duly network.
• Maintain clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
