Job summary

Duly Health and Care in Hoffman Estates is seeking a General Neurologist to join a physician-led, outpatient-focused team. The role emphasizes autonomy within a collaborative network, with access to extensive resources across neurology and other specialties.

Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, offering a 100% outpatient practice. Competitive total rewards salary ranges from $400,000 to $550,000, with potential bonuses, CME funds, relocation assistance, and equity

Qualifications

• Board-certified/eligible general neurologist with active medical license.
• EMG training preferred with neuromuscular or neurophysiology fellowship.
• Ability to practice in a 100% outpatient setting.
• Strong collaboration within a physician-led network.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient neurology care Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm.
• Collaborate with neurology and other Duly providers.
• Engage in internal referral network and patient-centered care.
• Contribute to ongoing practice improvement and physician governance.
