AdvantageCare Physicians (ACPNY) seeks an outpatient neurologist to deliver high-quality care to adult patients with diverse neurological conditions in the New York metropolitan area.

Responsibilities include comprehensive exams, diagnostic testing interpretation, and collaborative care planning with other specialists. Must have an MD/DO, Neurology residency, NY license, and BLS/ACLS; outpatient experience is preferred. Compensation is in the 300,000–350,000 USD range with full-time status.

Qualifikationen

• Must be a MD or DO with completed neurology residency.
• Board certification or eligibility in Neurology.
• New York State license required and DEA registration.
• BLS or ACLS required.
• Strong communication and patient-centered care.
• Experience in outpatient neurology is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Conduct comprehensive neurological examinations and history taking.
• Diagnose and manage neurological conditions including headaches, stroke, dementia, Parkinson’s, seizures.
• Order and interpret EEG, EMG, MRI, CT as needed.
• Develop personalized treatment plans with medications, lifestyle changes and referrals.
• Maintain accurate medical records and collaborate with care teams.
