Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor or Master of Science in Physical Therapy or graduation from an approved certificate program prior to mandatory licensing
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in Tennessee
• Maintains ongoing CPR Certification

Responsibilities

• Administer and direct Physical Therapy evaluation and treatment as prescribed by a physician
• Communicate effectively and document accurately
• Display professional behavior per APTA Code of Ethics and Siskin Philosophy of Service
• Meet mandatory requirements to keep Physical Therapy license active
