We're currently seeking an enthusiastic Outpatient Physical Therapist or PTA – PRN to join our dedicated team.

In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments, as prescribed by a qualified physician, and work closely with our skilled team to support the recovery and independence of each patient. You’ll also be part of a collaborative environment that thrives on effective communication, exceptional patient care, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and direct physical therapy evaluations and treatments as prescribed.

Supervise students after one year of experience, offering guidance and mentorship.

Provide clinical supervision to PTAs and/or Technicians, ensuring quality patient care.

Engage with patients, families, vendors, physicians, and visitors daily to foster a supportive and positive environment.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation while upholding the highest standards of professionalism.

This role reports to the Clinic Manager at Offsite Locations and/or the Director of OP Therapy Services at the Main Campus.

What We’re Looking For:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or graduation from an accredited program.

Experience: No experience required – we welcome new grads!

Licensure/Certification: Licensed (or eligible) in Tennessee and CPR certification.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to assist with the transfer and mobility of patients of varying sizes and needs.

Proficient in performing physical manipulative skills such as patient positioning and operating treatment equipment.

Ability to remain on your feet, sit, or stand for extended periods, with a focus on optimal body mechanics.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of relevant therapeutic concepts while ensuring a safe and secure environment for all.
