Position: Full-Time

This full-time opportunity with Calvary Healing Center (Calvary) offers 40 hours per week, full benefits!

For nearly 60 years, Calvary Healing Center has provided a full continuum of care, specializing in addiction treatment for adults across the Phoenix area and Nationwide. Calvary's proven treatment programs address the practical, physical, and spiritual aspects of addiction for lasting recovery. Our flagship location in Phoenix offers onsite detoxification and residential treatment programs, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). We also have a satellite clinic offering Intensive Outpatient Programs in the West Valley region. Through our programs we offer many other holistic healing and treatment options complementing our services ranging from yoga, art workshops, and music.

Summary of Duties:

The Outpatient Navigator assists with the overall internal growth of the outpatient programs. The Outpatient Navigator identifies, educates, and assists in faciliting individuals from the inpatient unit to the oupatient programs. The Outpatient Navigator also works to imporve the overall patient flow and access to outpatient care.

Qualifications

Outpatient Navigator Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree, preferred.
  • At least 6-months of behavioral health expericence in a related field.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License and pass a 39-Month Motor Vehicle Driving Report
  • Successful completion of BLS and First Aid Training, within 30 days of employment
  • Sucessful completion of Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) Training within 30 days of employment
