Job description

Synergy SpineCare & Rehabilitation Medicine, P.C. is a physiatrist-owned professional corporation which provides evaluations and treatments for spine, sports, musculoskeletal, disabling, and other painful conditions.
Patients include people with everyday aches and pains, athletes, and car and work accident victims. Everyone we see is unique, and we take the time to listen and develop a proper diagnosis.

We are a small, but well-organized practice offering flexibility and good HR/administrative support enabling docs to productively focus on the patients

LOCATIONS
North Bergen and Teaneck, NJ

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
100% Outpatient PM&R – No Call
Full-time or Part-time
Conduct New/Established patient evaluations, Refer for diagnostic X-rays and/or MRI's, Develop treatment plans as indicated such as Physical therapy Prescriptions, Joint/Soft-tissue injections with/without ultrasound,
Medication Prescriptions, Surgical/Specialist Referrals, Electrodiagnostic testing, Perform or Refer for Interventional Pain/Spine Procedures, Document with Electronic Health Records, etc.

EDUCATION & TRAINING
M.D./D.O.

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible with American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (ABPMR)
Basic EMG skills or enthusiasm to hone skills with on-the-job mentorship
MSK Ultrasound and/or Interventional skills a plus but not required

SOFT SKILLS
Exceptional attention to detail.
Wonderful bedside manner.
Excellent communicator who can empathize with patients.
Effective interpersonal skills, problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to understand the urgency of the needs of your patients.
Organized, personable, compassionate.

Bilingual or Willing to Work with Interpreter for non-English speaking patients

COMPENSATION

Full time General Physiatrist Annual Salary Range: $250-350K

Full time Interventional Physiatrist Annual Salary Range: $300-400K


W2 Base Salary Commensurate with Skills/Experience + Productivity Bonus
Full-time benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, CME and license fees reimbursement
