Job summary

Ellie Mental Health-Johnson County, KS is seeking a full-time outpatient therapist to provide thoughtful, evidence-based therapy to a diverse client population. You will evaluate diagnoses, create treatment plans, and document care while collaborating with a supportive team.

• Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field.
• Active licensure in your designated field, this includes temporary and/or junior license.
• Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with EHR systems (Valant a plus; training provided).

• Maintain a weekly caseload of 25 client sessions
• Flexible scheduling once expectations are met
• Some evening or weekend availability to meet client needs
