Job summary

Nicklaushealth seeks a licensed mental health professional to oversee outpatient behavioral therapy services in our psychiatry program. You will conduct psychosocial evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family therapy to patients.

The role requires coordinating with external agencies, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining a compassionate, confidential practice with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health field required.
• Florida LMHC or LMFT license in good standing.
• AHA BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• CPI training within 180 days of hire and maintained in good standing.
• Level II fingerprint background check required.
• 2–3 years of experience in individual, group and family therapy.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and provides behavioral therapy in outpatient clinic.
• Acts as liaison with outside agencies for continuity of care.
• Completes psychosocial evaluations with DSM-V diagnosis and treatment plan.
• Performs billing, documentation, and progress notes post-visit.
• Informs Chief Psychologist of patient care concerns.
• Delivers evidence-based interventions to patients and families.
• Maintains organized records and supports CPI-based crisis intervention.
