Job summary

A mental health service provider in Freehold, New Jersey, is seeking an Outpatient Therapist. This role offers the chance to have your own office, flexible scheduling, and a unique pay model with leading compensation. Candidates should have a master's degree in behavioral sciences and relevant clinical licensure. Responsibilities include evaluating mental health diagnoses, creating treatment plans, and maintaining a minimum caseload of 25 clients weekly. Qualifications

• Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated field.
• Candidates should have clinical licensure - LPC, LCSW, LAC, & LSW.
• Required experience with completing treatment plans & clinical notes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis and create/implement treatment plans.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session.
• Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week.
• Participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.

Skills

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Demonstration of stable, appropriate boundaries with clients

Experience with treatment plans and clinical notes

Education

Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related fields
