Job summary

Guardian Recovery Saddle Brook Counseling Center is seeking a Primary Mental Health Therapist to provide group and individual therapy in an on-site setting in Saddle Brook, NJ. The role requires a Master's degree and state licensure eligibility, with schedule Mon/Tue/Thu 1pm–9pm and Wed/Fri 9am–5pm.

Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $75,000 annually based on experience. Applicants must pass a background check and drug test, hold CPR, and be licensed or eligible for licensure as

Qualifications

• Masters degree required.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Current CPR card required or obtainable after start.
• State-licensed clinical credential (LAC/LPC/LCSW/LSW/LCADC) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide group therapy as ordered by Clinical Director.
• Perform individual therapy with client and/or family.
• Document progress and interventions in medical records.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment plan meetings.
• Assist in discharge planning and coordination with the treatment team.
• Respond to psychiatric crises and medical emergencies as needed.
