Clinic Description:

As an Outpatient Therapist at Ellie Mental Health, you'll share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.

Ellie Mental Health was founded in 2015 by Erin Pash, LMFT and Kyle Keller, LICSW when they opened the first Ellie clinic in Minneapolis. Since then, the Ellie Fam has continued to grow with multiple clinics in Minnesota and a growing number of locally owned and operated franchises across the country.

Ellie was proudly founded on the principle of destigmatizing mental health. The mental health industry is full of barriers, and we’ve made it our goal to fill the gap and find innovative ways to break down these barriers for the communities we serve.

Who we are looking for:

We are seeking passionate and unique Therapists (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW etc.) to join us at Ellie in Larchmont, NY. The perfect candidate is unique, fun-loving, authentic, shares our passion for providing access to quality mental health care in Larchmont, NY, and thrives in a culture that emphasizes flexibility, creativity, authenticity, humor, compassion, acceptance, and determination. Our therapists are highly compensated (base hourly pay, paid time off, paid administrative time, paid holidays, etc.). They also have the flexibility to set their own schedule, manage their own caseload at a comfortable level, focus their efforts on specialties and work in a warm, inviting office. We want you to focus on the clients, not the "busy" stuff!

We Offer:

  1. Unique pay model with industry leading compensation
  2. Comfortable, furnished offices and clinic environment
  3. A company rooted in values of creativity, humor, compassion, acceptance, determination, and authenticity
  4. Additional benefits and perks

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
  2. Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
  3. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  4. Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
  5. For Full-Time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week
  6. Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
  7. Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
  8. Other meaningful responsibilities as needed

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated field
  2. Candidates should have clinical licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP etc.)
  3. Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes
  4. Effective written and verbal communication skills
  5. Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  6. Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
  7. Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
  8. Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
  9. Fully Licensed Clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels
