Ellie Mental Health was founded in 2015 by Erin Pash, LMFT and Kyle Keller, LICSW, when they opened the first Ellie clinic in Minneapolis. Since then, the Ellie Fam has grown with multiple clinics in Minnesota and a growing number of locally owned and operated franchises across the country.

Responsibilities Include:

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation according to company policy
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a team to serve the community
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals
• Prepare and submit documentation for each session as per guidelines
• Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week for full-time clinicians
• Coordinate services with relevant parties such as case managers, families, and schools
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution, on track for licensure
• Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.)
• Experience with treatment plans and clinical notes
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to set appropriate boundaries with clients
• Timely documentation skills
• Experience working with diverse clients
• Proficiency in Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant experience a plus)

Fully Licensed Clinicians will be credentialed with insurance panels by Ellie.
