Job summary

TEAMCare Behavioral Health LLC is seeking an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist for a hybrid outpatient/school-based role. The position can be full-time or part-time and includes support for licensure and flexible scheduling.

The role involves weekly therapy with individuals and families, crisis intervention, and coordination with other providers, with an emphasis on compassionate, culturally aware care and adherence to HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• PA licensed or licensed eligible Outpatient Mental Health Therapist.
• Experience in outpatient mental health or school-based settings.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in hybrid scheduling and adhere to regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly clinical services including individual, family, and group therapy, crisis intervention, advocacy, diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and discharge planning.
• Participate in interdisciplinary teamwork and coordinate with community providers as needed.
• Complete timely documentation of treatment efforts and progress per agency, state, and licensing board standards.
• Maintain ethical standards and work in a professional manner aligned with the agency's mission and values.
• Attend regular supervision meetings with Clinical Supervisor.

What You Will Do:

• Provide weekly clinical, therapeutic services to individual patients and families that include individual, family, & group therapy, crisis intervention, advocacy, diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and discharge planning
• Participate in interdisciplinary teamwork and work with community providers as needed
• Complete timely and satisfactory documentation of all treatment efforts and progress which adheres to standards and regulations set forth by the Agency, State, and the respective licensing board
• Maintain ethical standards per licensure and for performing services in a professional manner that is congruent with the mission and values of the Agency
• Report timely, as scheduled, to client appointments, via non-company provided transportation adhering to HIPAA regulations
• Attendance at regular supervision meetings with Clinical Supervisor
