• Our main focus is utilizing group therapy but also include:
• Individual sessions
• Family therapy (as needed)
• Assist with local community education

We’re hiring a master level Therapist / Social Worker / Counselor to join our established Intensive Outpatient Therapy Program, serving older adults in Denison, IA community since 2025.

Role: Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

Location: Denison, Iowa

Setting: Intensive Outpatient Therapy Program (IOP)

Population: Older Adults, Ages 65+

Salary: Up to $96,000 / year, dependent upon experience

Schedule: Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8a-5p)

*PMC can provide supervision for provisionally licensed Therapists, Counselors, and Social Workers.

You’ll work alongside a collaborative care team providing compassionate mental health support to older adults!

Responsibilities
