Job summary

North Homes Children & Family Services seeks an Outpatient Mental Health Professional to provide client-centered therapy in our Grand Rapids, MN clinic. This role welcomes Licensed Professionals or Clinical Trainees working toward independent licensure to serve children, adolescents, adults, and families.

The position involves comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, and individual/group/family therapy within a collaborative team focused on accessible, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field is required or completion toward independent licensure.
• Current Minnesota licensure in LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP or pursuing supervision for trainee.
• Experience with individual, group, couples, and family therapies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, couples, and family psychotherapy as appropriate.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with families, schools, and other agencies.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to support client outcomes.
