Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors per protocol with excellent customer service.
• Communicate schedule and clinical information to patients, staff and providers.
• Coordinate care via messages, faxes, calls, and emails to providers, patients, pharmacies, and resources.
• Schedule tests/appointments and track completion; reconcile medication lists as needed.
• Determine eligibility/benefits for prescription coverage; communicate appointment info to prescribers.
• Use computer systems per policies and procedures; maintain documentation.
• Assist in obtaining necessary authorizations and documentation for services.
