Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Hands-on patient care experience including vital signs, history, and basic procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients and obtain vital signs.
• Perform medication reconciliation and document patient history.
• Navigate and document in EPIC EMR and coordinate test scheduling.
• Communicate with pharmacies, insurers, patients and physicians to support care.
