Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, ensure accuracy of patient information, and notify medical staff as needed.
• Assist physicians with patient care activities and prepare exam rooms.
• Transcribe physician orders for lab, radiology, and outside tests; communicate results to physicians.
• Handle administrative duties: scheduling, pre-registration, chart maintenance, and handling inquiries.
• Coordinate administrative aspects of outpatient center per guidelines and support department objectives.
